Please note: Only Healthcare Professional (Prescribing) will be permitted to interact with industry representatives.

Please provide the full address of your organisation, or if preferred, your home address. This will be added to our membership database unless you have opted out of becoming a SHARP member.

Day Delegate

The Day Delegate fee includes registration for the selected day, along with refreshments and lunch as specified in the day's programme, and conference materials.

Residential Delegate

The residential delegate fee includes registration for both days of the meeting, one night's accommodation on Thursday 12 November (including breakfast), attendance at the Drinks Reception and Annual Meeting Dinner on Thursday evening, refreshments and lunch as outlined in the programme, and conference materials, unless otherwise specified.

Dietary Requirements

Other requirements would include any allergies, accessibility or religious requirements.

Partner/Spouse Information

The residential partner rate includes accommodation and attendance at the Drinks Reception & Annual Meeting Dinner, but it does not provide access to the conference sessions.

SHARP Membership

The delegate rates apply to SHARP members only. By registering for the conference, you will automatically become a SHARP member. If you choose not to become a SHARP member, a non-member fee of £20.00 will be applied.

Payment Information

If you require an invoice for your registration, please select the “Manual Payment” option at checkout and provide the invoice address below.

For group bookings, please include the names of all delegates to be included on the invoice, along with a purchase order (PO) number if applicable, in the comments box.

Please note that photography and filming may take place during the conference. By attending the meeting, you consent to photographs, video recordings, and other images of you being used by SHARP for educational, promotional, communication, and marketing purposes. This may include use on the SHARP website, social media channels, conference materials, and other SHARP publications.If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the SHARP team at registration.
